* Due to a limited capacity on our workshops, we recommend that you register sooner rather than later and thus have a place and your own choice within both workshops series.
* Entry already includes free:
- free participation in both workshop series,
- simultaneous translation svk-eng, eng-svk (all workshops may or may not be translated)
- vegan lunch,
- newly offered bio organic fairtrade espresso, filtered coffee along with water
(does not include snacks in form of raw cakes, organic fairtrade macadamia nuts etc., all will be available at an additional cost)
* For our efforts to reduce the carbon (CO2) footprint, food will be offered to the full vegan form of the zero waste principles!
* For our foreign speakers we do only offer train transportation and do not support any air travel reimbursements.
* To further reduce carbon footprint, we do prefer a Tele-presence option for our overseas speakers first of.
* You will be provided with English translation during the discussion panels (translation provided by the hands-free stations however the workshops may not be translated)
* For a successful registration and properly filled out registration form, after you have sent it out the following sentence appears in green on top of the form: "Registration form has been successfully sent to our E-mail" showed as "Odoslanie dát z formulára na náš e-mail bolo úspešné". If you are unsure that your registration has been successful, please feel free to send us an email with a request to confirm your registration at info@climateconference.sk
* After submitting the registration form, we will confirm it and re-email you the invoice to pay for your entry fee. After crediting the funds to our association's account, we will confirm your successful payment.
* Payment can be made by a bank transfer only to CLIMATE COMMUNICATIONS SLOVAKIA, Dukelská 371/43, 90001 Modra. Please include the name of your organization, company, or your name in the message for the bank transfer recipient.

* Registration cannot be made in cash neither on the day of the conference nor on the spot, but only by a bank transfer no later than by October 2, 2019.
* We reserve the right to make any additional changes to the program of the conference, workshops, timetable, participation of speakers and exhibitors.
* By completing the registration form you agree to the binding cancellation conditions (cancellation fees are as follows: 50% 14 days before, 80% 7 days before and 100% 6 days or less prior to the conference on October 6, 2019).
* By completing and submitting your registration you agree to the processing of personal data (GDPR).
